About Me

Hi, I’m Val and I’m happy that you’re viewing my site. I’ve tried to include several quilt designs from some of my favorite customers in order to spark your creativity. Of course, when you come for a consultation, we’ll work together to pick the pattern and thread that’s just right for you and your special project.

Just a little about me. Like you, I love to quilt. In fact, I started quilting over 25 years ago. My passion for quilting led to an investment in a Statler Gammill long arm machine for my own personal use, charitable donations, and to help others with their quilting projects. It’s been such a pleasure to share my favorite hobby. 

I chose the business name "Nana Leaves You in Stitches", because I have two wonderful (and, of course, adorable) grandkids. They are the light of my life, and lucky for me, they live just around the corner.
